Who operates MiniMe
MiniMe is developed and operated by Dmitry Kryuchkov (“the operator”). For privacy or support questions, contact cloudrhinoltd@gmail.com.
Information MiniMe handles
Depending on the task, MiniMe may handle the connected Google account’s email address and profile label; file names, metadata and content from Google Drive; prompts, instructions and working context; and documents or records created for the requested workflow. Other connected services can provide messages, calendar or task information when a workflow uses them.
The public pages on this site are static. They do not require sign-in and do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embedded content.
Google user data and Drive access
When a Google Drive profile is connected, MiniMe uses Google OAuth and the Google Drive API. The currently configured Drive permission is broad read/write access: technically, it can allow MiniMe to list, read, create, update and upload files that the connected account can access. The app uses that access for owner-requested tasks, such as finding source CV material, preparing a tailored CV and saving the resulting document. Other Drive operations are performed only when a workflow calls for them.
MiniMe does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Where a requested task uses an AI model, only task-relevant context is sent to the selected model service to produce that result; the service’s own handling is subject to its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Google data is not used to make it available to other people unless the owner explicitly requests an action that sends or shares a specific result. The operator does not use Drive content for purposes unrelated to MiniMe’s user-facing features.
How information is used
- To carry out the owner’s commands and requested workflows.
- To find and prepare documents, including job-search CV materials.
- To keep workflow state, avoid duplicate actions and report results.
- To diagnose errors and protect the reliability of the service.
MiniMe may process information through Google APIs, the operator’s server, and a selected AI model service when needed for a requested task. The operator aims to limit model requests to the context needed for that task.
Storage and retention
Original Google files remain in the connected Google account unless the owner asks MiniMe to create or update a file there. MiniMe also keeps local workflow state and may retain working copies, extracts, generated documents, application records or diagnostic records on the operator-managed server.
MiniMe does not currently apply one automatic deletion period to every local record or working copy. Retention depends on the workflow and its operational state. To request review or deletion of a particular local item, contact the operator and identify the relevant profile, file or workflow. A request to delete a local item does not delete a Google Drive original unless that is specifically requested and separately carried out.
When information is shared
Information is processed by Google when MiniMe uses Google APIs, by the operator’s hosting provider to run the service, and by a model provider when relevant context is needed to complete a requested AI task. Some workflows may send a document or message to an external recipient only when the owner authorises that workflow. MiniMe does not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy terms. Their processing and retention practices may differ from MiniMe’s.
Your choices
The operator controls the connected profiles. A profile can be disconnected through MiniMe’s Drive controls. Disconnecting removes the stored profile credential and prevents MiniMe from using it for future Drive access; it does not delete files in Google Drive, revoke every permission at Google, or automatically remove all previously created local work products. The operator can also revoke access from the Google Account’s security settings.
For access, correction or deletion requests relating to information MiniMe holds, email cloudrhinoltd@gmail.com.
Security
The operator uses access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to a private service. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe an account or workflow has been accessed improperly, contact the operator promptly.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as MiniMe’s behaviour changes. The current version and its date are shown here. Contact cloudrhinoltd@gmail.com with questions or privacy requests.
